About Jeff and Valerie Peterson
Jeff and Valerie Peterson are the Co-Founders of Serenity on the Bay Marriage Retreat in Destin Florida. They have been ministering to couples together since 2008. The Peterson's have a passion to see couples attain healing and restoration in their marriage. Jeff is a business owner, and Valerie, who has a Masters degree in counseling, is in private practice with Destin Counseling Center in Destin Florida. Both are licensed ministers. Married for 35 years and have three grown children and four grandchildren who they adore.

Serenity on the Bay Marriage Retreat is dedicated to healing and restoring marriages. There are times when hurting marriages need more than just one hour a week with a counselor. Serenity on the Bay provides a safe place "for healing to occur... and intimacy to be restored." Serenity on the Bay is designed as a four-day intensive where a maximum of four couples accomplish the equivalent of many months of traditional counseling. The most typical couple attending a marriage intensive is one whose marriage is in crisis. Our thoroughly designed approach can result in breakthrough and healing for the years to come. Couples may have lost hope for their marriage, but we have hope for them! We believe with God nothing is impossible.
